Faculty Scholarship Application Form for the 3rd Annual Nandi Conference

The Academic Senate Foundation is proud to offer scholarships for faculty to attend the 3rd Annual Nandi Conference on October 9-10, 2025 at Paradise Point Resort and Spa in San Diego!

The Nandi Conference provides a platform for all California Community College System professionals and students to engage in critical discussions on advancing equity and inclusion. You can expect inspiring speakers, workshops, and networking opportunities to help foster a more supportive and thriving educational environment for Black women, and all community college professionals and students.

Please note the scholarship is received in the form of a reimbursement from the ASFCCC. Reimbursement will be provided to winners post-conference to account for any potential changes. Receipts must be submitted with the reimbursement. Scholarship recipients will be notified two weeks after the deadline. The scholarship will cover the cost of the following items for select scholarship winners:

Registration for the conference
Travel costs up to $300
Lodging for 2 nights, room rate up to $249 per night

The deadline to submit is August 29, 2025 at 5:00 PM. Selected faculty will be notified via email two weeks after the submission date.
