Faculty Scholarship Application Form for the APAHE 2026 Conference

The Academic Senate Foundation for California Community Colleges (ASFCCC) is proud to offer scholarship reimbursements for faculty planning to attend the APAHE 2026 Conference.

Any faculty (full- and part- time faculty) from all disciplines are encouraged to apply. The scholarship awarded to the selected faculty will cover reimbursement of up to $1500 which includes registration (main conference only), travel, lodging, and food.

Due to unique circumstances, the ASFCCC is NOT able to hold or secure spots of registration for this opportunity. Applicants may need to register for the conference before submitting this scholarship. An application for the scholarship does not guarantee awarding of the funds.

ASFCCC scholarships are provided as reimbursements. Reimbursement will be issued after the conference to allow for any potential changes in plans. To receive reimbursement, recipients must submit valid receipts. If you are a selected winner of the scholarship, you will be notified by us at foundation@asccc.org and again, the scholarship award will be provided as a reimbursement AFTER the conference date.

Scholarship recipients will be asked to write about their experience and/or may be invited to share their experiences via testimonials in newsletters, presenting about their experience at ASCCC events, etc.

The deadline to submit is February 13, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Selected faculty will be notified via email 1-2 weeks after the submission date.

I understand that if awarded a scholarship, the recipients must pay for expenses up front. Receipts must be submitted within 20 days after attending and the scholarship and funds up to $1500 will then be received as a reimbursement via the ASFCCC reimbursement form.
